Delete your TrimQ account

This page explains how a barber can permanently delete a TrimQ account and its associated data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open TrimQ and sign in to your barber account.
2. Open the barber menu and choose Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Read the warning and confirm Delete permanently.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email pykancha@gmail.com from the Google account used for TrimQ. Include your shop name so the request can be verified. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Data that is deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication identity for TrimQ.
• Your TrimQ user profile, including stored name, email, phone number, and user ID.
• Your barber shop record, queue state, service list, and shop settings.
• Your uploaded shop cover photo.

Retention

Deleted account and shop data is not retained unless retention is required by law. Privacy-sanitised diagnostic logs may contain app, device, or shop identifiers and normally expire within seven days. Anonymous presence data expires from server memory within one hour. Service providers may retain limited security or backup records under their own retention rules.
